Estane® ZHF 80AT3
Estane ZHF 80AT3 is a non-halogen flame retardant aromatic polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) developed for extrusion applications. This grade combines good flexibility with strong mechanical performance and flame-retardant properties, making it suitable for technical extrusion components where safety and durability are required.

Processing Notes:
Prior to processing, Estane ZHF 80AT3 should be dried at 100°C for approximately 4 hours using a vacuum or dehumidifying dryer. Recommended dew point should be −40°C with a maximum moisture content of 0.02%. Typical extrusion temperatures range from approximately 160°C to 190°C with a recommended melt temperature around 170°C.
