Estane® TPU 58130 is a 50D polyester-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) designed for fast cycling, broad temperature performance, and excellent durability. This versatile material offers outstanding physical properties, abrasion resistance, and flexibility, making it suitable for a wide range of demanding applications. Estane® TPU 58130 can be processed on conventional thermoplastics equipment, delivering consistent performance in injection molding operations. It is available in pellet form and is recyclable within the manufacturing stream.

Processing Notes:
Prior to processing, Estane® TPU 58130 must be dried at 220°F (104°C) for 2–4 hours using a desiccant dryer with a target dew point of -40°C. Maximum moisture content should not exceed 0.02%.
