Estane® T465A-3
Estane® T465A-3 is a polyester-type thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) with a hardness of 71 Shore A. This UV stabilized, plasticizer-free soft TPU combines high elasticity with strong mechanical properties, making it suitable for both injection molding and extrusion applications where flexibility and durability are required.

Processing Notes:
Prior to processing, Estane® T465A-3 should be dried at 70–80°C for 2–4 hours using a desiccant dryer. Recommended dew point should be −40°C with a maximum moisture level of 0.05%. Typical injection molding temperatures range from approximately 180°C to 190°C depending on machine setup and processing conditions.
