Opti-Soft is Designed with Circularity in Mind
Recyclable
As a thermoplastic elastomer, Opti-Soft TPE can be reprocessed and reused during production, reducing material waste in manufacturing. This makes it suitable for closed-loop production systems when carefully managed.
Efficient Material Use
The lightweight and low-density properties of Opti-Soft TPE contribute to material efficiency, requiring less raw material for the same application compared to some alternatives.
Compatibility with Circular Design
Opti-Soft TPE is compatible with overmolding and multi-material designs, which can streamline product recycling if the entire product is designed for disassembly and material recovery.
Customizable Formulations for Specific Needs
By tailoring properties, CCS ensures that customers use only the necessary material for their applications, potentially reducing over-engineering and waste.
