Opti-Pren™ TPV 6550-55A Black 9005
Opti-Pren TPVs are polyolefin-based thermoplastic vulcanizates designed to combine flexibility, adhesion, and recyclability for a wide range of consumer and industrial applications.
Opti-Pren TPV 6550-55A Black 9005 is a soft specialty grade with excellent adhesion onto ABS, PS, PC, PMMA, ASA, PET, and PPO/PS blends. This material is fully recyclable and can be processed on conventional thermoplastic equipment for injection molding.

Processing Form:
- Injection molding (2K or insert)
Processing Notes:
Desiccant drying for 3 hours at 80°C is recommended.
For two-shot injection molding: melt temperature 210–230°C, mold temperature 30–50°C.
For insert injection molding: melt temperature 230–250°C, mold temperature 25–50°C.
