Opti-Pren™ TPV 6152-65A Thundergrey 9348N UV
Opti-Pre TPVs are polyolefin-based thermoplastic vulcanizates designed to deliver durability, flexibility, and recyclability across demanding applications.
Opti-Pren TPV 6152-65A Thundergrey 9348N UV is a soft, UV-resistant grade with a special grey color, offering low fogging and an attractive surface appearance. It can be processed on conventional thermoplastics equipment for injection molding or extrusion.
Due to its chemical backbone, this grade is incompatible with acetal and PVC.

Processing Notes:
Desiccant drying for 3 hours at 80°C is recommended.
For two-shot injection molding: melt temperature 210–230°C, mold temperature 30–50°C.
For insert injection molding: melt temperature 230–250°C, mold temperature 25–50°C.
