Hytrel® TPC-ET G4774
Hytrel TPC-ET G4774 is a medium-modulus thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPC-ET) with a nominal hardness of 47D. It provides excellent toughness, resilience and flexibility at low temperatures, while maintaining strong retention of mechanical properties at elevated temperatures. The grade contains a discoloring stabilizer and is therefore not suited for light-colored finished products. Hytrel TPC-ET G4774 demonstrates outstanding resistance to creep, impact and flex fatigue, and can be processed using conventional thermoplastic techniques including injection molding and extrusion.
Key Features:
- Medium modulus with balanced flexibility
- Excellent toughness and high impact resistance
- Outstanding resistance to creep, tearing and flex fatigue
- Good chemical resistance to oils, fuels and industrial fluids
- Contains discoloring stabilizer (not suitable for light-colored parts)
- Light-stabilized for enhanced durability
- Plasticizer-free with long-term property retention
Processing Form:
- Injection Molding
- Film Extrusion
- Extrusion
- Sheet Extrusion
- Other Extrusion
