Hytrel® TPC-ET G3548 NC010
Hytrel TPC-ET G3548 NC010 is a low-modulus thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPC-ET) with a nominal hardness of 35D. It offers excellent toughness, resilience, flexibility at low temperatures and strong retention of mechanical properties at elevated temperatures. The material provides outstanding resistance to creep, impact and flex fatigue and contains a non-discoloring stabilizer. Hytrel TPC-ET G3548 NC010 can be processed using conventional thermoplastic techniques such as injection molding and extrusion.

Processing Notes:
Drying is recommended at 90°C for 2–3 hours to achieve a processing moisture content below 0.08%. Hytrel TPC-ET G3548 NC010 has an optimal melt temperature of 190°C and a mold temperature of 40°C. For extrusion, drying at 80°C for 2–3 hours with a processing moisture target below 0.06% is recommended, with an optimal melt temperature of 180°C. Hytrel is incompatible with acetal and PVC.
