Hytrel® TPC-ET 3046 NC010
Hytrel TPC-ET 3046 NC010 is a high-performance thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPC-ET) offering excellent flexibility and impact strength at temperatures as low as -40°C, while maintaining significant strength and integrity above 110°C without plasticizers. This material provides outstanding resistance to flex cracking, tear, wear, impact, creep and stress relaxation, along with good hydrocarbon resistance. Hytrel TPC-ET 3046 NC010 is suitable for demanding applications across automotive, industrial, consumer and fluid-handling segments, and can be processed on conventional thermoplastics equipment for injection molding, film extrusion or sheet extrusion.

Processing Notes:
Desiccant drying at 80°C for 2–3 hours is recommended to achieve a moisture content below 0.08%. Hytrel TPC-ET 3046 NC010 has an optimal melt temperature of 205°C and a mold temperature of 30°C. The material offers good melt stability and allows recycling of properly handled production waste. Hytrel is incompatible with acetal and PVC. Please also refer to the injection molding guide.
