Acti-Tech™ Compatibilizer 16MA11F

Acti-Tech Compatibilizers are based on Vistamaxx™ performance polymers grafted with maleic anhydride through a highly efficient melt-grafting process.

Acti-Tech Compatibilizer 16MA11F is a dedicated grade to plastic applications with food contact compliance, as it complies with the Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011.

With its high elasticity and very high flexibility, it is designed to enhance performance of a wide variety of polymer compounds and is particularly recommended for the following applications:

• Concentrate for packaging tie-layer
• Performance booster for in-house or post-consumer recycling
• Adhesion promoter for polyolefin-based elastomer compounds

This material can be used in combination with Vistamaxx performance polymer to bring the required balance of properties to PE/PA or PP/PET recycled feeds.

Processing Form:

Processing Notes:

This material can be processed on any conventional thermoplastic processing equipment for compounding or extrusion. Typical addition level is 2 to 10%. This material can be used in dilution (15 to 30%) with PE or PP for tie-layer formulation. This material does not require drying prior to processing.
