Hytrel® TPC-ET HTR8856 NC030
Hytrel TPC-ET HTR8856 NC030 is a medium-hardness, halogen-free flame-retardant thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPC-ET) with a nominal hardness of 51D. This natural-colored grade offers very strong flammability performance, achieving V-0 at 3 mm and V-2 at 1.6 mm according to IEC 60695-11-10. The material provides excellent toughness, resilience and flexibility at low temperatures, while maintaining mechanical stability at elevated temperatures. Hytrel TPC-ET HTR8856 NC030 demonstrates outstanding resistance to creep, impact and flex fatigue and offers good resistance to oils, fuels, solvents and many industrial fluids. It is light-stabilized, heat-stabilized and hydrolysis-resistant, and can be processed on conventional thermoplastic equipment for injection molding and extrusion.
