Estane ZHF 90AT8H NAT 02 EXP is a non-halogen flame retardant thermoplastic polyurethane based on an aromatic polyether TPU structure. The material is developed for extrusion applications requiring advanced flame resistance and strong mechanical performance.
This TPU grade combines good flexibility with high tear strength, abrasion resistance and excellent elongation. Its non-halogen flame retardant formulation supports improved fire safety performance while maintaining the processing advantages typical for thermoplastic polyurethane materials.

Processing Notes:
Prior to processing, the material should be dried at approximately 100°C for about 3 hours in a vacuum or dehumidifying dryer with a target dew point of -40°C to ensure optimal moisture control and processing stability.
