Opti-Pren™ TPV 6152-65A Cosmic Black 41494
Opti-Pren TPV 6152-65A is a soft, black, UV-resistant thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) with low fogging and good appearance. It is formulated for high flowability, allowing injection molding of parts with long flow lengths. The material can be processed on any conventional injection molding equipment. This grade of Opti-Pren™ TPV is polyolefin-based and completely recyclable.

Processing Form:
- Injection Molding
Processing Notes:
Process on standard injection molding equipment. Typical melt temperature: 190 °C; mold temperature: 20–40 °C. Injection speed medium to high; back pressure 150–250 bar. Purge with PP before processing. Drying not necessary. Opti-Pren™ TPV is incompatible with acetal and PVC.
