Santoprene™ TPV 8201-60 is a versatile thermoplastic vulcanizate designed for demanding applications requiring flexibility, durability, and consistent performance.

With a Shore Hardness of 64A, this grade provides strong mechanical properties, excellent chemical resistance, and reliable long-term service life.

It can be processed on conventional equipment, supporting applications in automotive, consumer goods, sealing, and industrial solutions.

Key Features:

  • Non-hygroscopic product, requires little to no drying before processing.
  • Neutral, easy coloring formulation.
  • Recommended for applications requiring excellent ozone resistance.
  • Used in sealing applications.
  • Recommended for applications requiring excellent flex fatigue resistance.

Processing Notes:
Dry at 80°C for 3h before processing. Suitable for extrusion, injection or blow molding with standard thermoplastic equipment.
