Opti-Pren™ TPV 6993-75A
Opti-Pren TPV 6993-75A is a soft, black thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) with more than 50% recycled content. It is an eco-friendly alternative offering good physical properties and has been modified to optimize mold cavity filling for designs requiring long flow lengths. This grade is polyolefin-based, completely recyclable, and can be processed on conventional thermoplastics equipment.

Processing Notes:
For extrusion application, it is mandatory to dry material prior to processing. The use of desiccant dryer minimum 3 hours at 80°C is recommended. To produce goods of optimal quality, maximum moisture content should be 0.1%.
