Hytrel® TPC-ET 7246HS NC010

Hytrel TPC-ET 7246HS NC010 is a high-modulus, heat-stabilized thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPC-ET) with a nominal hardness of 72D. It provides exceptional toughness, resilience and high impact strength, combined with excellent resistance to creep and flex fatigue. The material maintains flexibility at low temperatures and strong retention of mechanical properties at elevated temperatures. Hytrel TPC-ET 7246HS NC010 contains a non-discoloring stabilizer, is light-stabilized, and provides good resistance to oils, fuels, industrial chemicals and solvents. It can be processed using conventional thermoplastic techniques including injection molding and extrusion.

Key Features:

  • High modulus for increased stiffness
  • Heat-stabilized and light-stabilized formulation
  • Excellent toughness and impact resistance
  • Outstanding creep and flex fatigue resistance
  • Good chemical resistance to oils, fuels and industrial fluids
  • Non-discoloring stabilizer for improved color stability
  • Plasticizer-free with long-term property retention

Processing Form:

  • Injection Molding
  • Film Extrusion
  • Extrusion
  • Sheet Extrusion
  • Other Extrusion
  • Casting
